Meet the team

Nicole and Steffen are both accomplished riders and have trained many horses and rider to FEI levels. With a combined 50 years in the dressage industry they have an eye for quality horses and matching horses and riders

Nicole Prows

Nicole is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist and an international competitor. She has trained young horses all the way through Grand Prix. Nicole has studied with Major Miguel Tavora, she also has trained with Axel Steiner, Jurgen Hoffman, and Jan Ebeling. Most recently Nicole has been training with Johanne Hinnemann for the last few years.

Nicole has trained a NAYC competitor to a bronze medal and top ten finshes at FEI Junior Division

Steffen Ajem

As a native German, he was a member of the young rider German Dressage Team. He has studied with Prinz Auersperg, trainer of the Spanish Riding School, Anna Merveldt, member of the Irish Olympic Team, Ulla Salzgeber, member of the German Olympic Team, and Hermann Gössmeier, one of Germany’s most respectable trainers.

He placed first in the 1996 Bavarian Championships in Prix St. George, and second in the 1999 Bavarian Championship at Grand Prix Level. From 2001 through 2003 he qualified for the German Championship for young horses, known as the Bundeschampionat
